Piano Answers

A bit of damage on the bottom part of the backboard. There was some vibration sound that did not sound normal, while looking I saw that someone had used some silicone & three screws were all the way into the backboard on a curved (sound plate ?) piece of wood that the strings run across. My question is,Can I find this piece or part & can it be repaired & is it costly?

I bought a used Hammond upright & it was loaded (then unloaded) on a pickup truck by two men (imagine the beating) & then I had to move again & the same thing happened, yet no one said it needs tuning (even the piano teacher) & it sounds great still. Possible?

My Suzuki piano keeps reverting back to pitch bend range of 2 when I shut it off & then turn it back on. I need to reset it if I want to play piano. Is this non fixable? My piano is about 5 years old.

keys out, but the mechanism that propels the hammer to the string how does that lower, or come back so that i can reset some of the hammers
