The notes between the lines of the treble staff spell out a FM7 chord.
The notes between the lines of the bass staff spell out a Am7 chord.
And for the notes on the lines, I use the same phrases as you.

I first learned to play piano when I was small & on my mothers knee….
We were too poor to afford a real piano !
