Moving a piano to a new house will do it immediately. Placing the piano on an exterior wall will put it out of tune, too. Pianos need to be tuned regularly, even in the best of conditions. i think they have to b pretty old cuz the piano at my band is outta tune & its old like really really old! lol

It can fall out of tune overnight with a change in temperature. The untrained ear would never be able to detect it tho.
