How Would I Know If I Need To Have My Piano Tuned?

I remember my Aunt getting hers tuned,
but I didn’t really notice anything different.
How would I know if my piano is out-of-tune?
Thanks!

When striking any single key (white or black) & the note seems to waver or sounds flat you need the piano tuned.

first off, some people have an ear for music (like me) & can tell when something is out of tune. so you can go by that. or if you have an electric keyboard, compare the pitches of a single note on both pianos. if one is out of tune then the piano needs to be tuned. same thing goes if you have a correctly tuned guitar. compare the “e” string with the “e” key. if the key is out of tune then your piano needs to be tuned.
    good luck.
