$80 – $200 for tuning, repairs would be additional.
If it’s been a while since you tuned the piano, it may go out of tune quickly, you’ll want to schedule a second tuning within 3 – 4 months.
We always recommended tuning a piano with the season changes. The temperature & humidity cause the piano to go out of tune. 3 – 4 times a year is not unreasonable for a musician to tune their piano. The usual rule of thumb is 2x a year, I think that’a a minimum.

It depends on the following:
Where you live.
Type & brand of piano.
Age & condition.
How long it has been since it was last tuned.
One of your responders mentioned $100. I would say a probable range would be $100-300.
As another(responder)suggested, simply call a tuner in your area, & discuss the matter with them.
